Measure the waist at the narrowest point and the leg around the underwear line.

Between sizes?
For everyday wear, we recommend choosing the smaller size when measurements overlap. Sizing up can create gaps around the legs and reduce leak protection.

For customers building thicker overnight absorbency, additional room may be helpful depending on their absorbency setup.
