Shipping

Orders ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Most orders ship promptly; however, we allow ordering of products that may be temporarily out of stock or in production. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. If we anticipate a delay beyond two weeks, we’ll contact you with an updated timeline.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns

Wholesale returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition.

Please contact us at info@threadedarmor.com before returning merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the retailer unless the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly so we can make it right.
